Resident Registration
Registration enters you on the Register of Persons Romantically at Large, assigns a resident file number from the sequence, and opens a file in which your documents are held. Registration is free. The Bureau simply prefers to know.
Form 1-R — Application for Entry on the Register
Persons already entered on the Register are re-admitted by the same form, without ceremony. The date of birth supplied is examined against the requirement of eighteen (18) years and immediately discarded; only the fact and time of your attestation are retained.
