The Bureau does not fine in dollars. It fines in remorse, which residents supply at no cost to the state. Offences in the IN range may be self-issued below; divisional codes are recorded by their issuing offices.
Form IN-1 — Voluntary Admission of a Scheduled Offence
Two (2) self-issued notices per person per day. Demerit points apply to licence holders. No appeal lies against a self-issued notice.
