Readings are aggregated; individual reports are never published. Three (3) reports per person per day. The scale runs 1 (Peaceful) to 5 (Structural).

A postcode enters the Index once its cell clears the Bureau's k-anonymity floor inside the window. The quarterly Acoustic Report names the titleholder; the residents already know.
