A matter was brought before the Bureau's review bench in the week prior to this edition in which an Applicant sought a formal determination on whether continued access to a shared streaming account, sustained across four (4) months following the dissolution of a romantic arrangement, constituted evidence of a continuing arrangement. The bench returned a finding of Guilty of Wasting Everyone's Time. The vote was seven (7) to five (5), with five (5) bench members electing Case Dismissed: You Already Know. The distinction between the two available findings is, in administrative terms, a narrow one. Both record an absence of merit. The difference is that the second acknowledges the Applicant possesses, and has for some time possessed, the relevant information.
