It has been determined, pursuant to Section 4(2)(b) of the Romantic Conduct Act (fictional), that the arrangement described in Form 12-R constitutes a Recurring Guest Character engagement, now in its third (3rd) season.

The Bureau notes that no renewal paperwork has been filed and that none is expected.
